Bill’s coaching approach is the British Eclectic Model, combining multi disciplines of Gestalt therapy, behaviourism, cognitive behavioural approaches, solution focussed approaches (including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), person centred counselling, and family therapy / systems approaches to offer the most appropriate skills & techniques to every individual client.
Bill has worked in various senior sales & marketing roles, in the UK, across Europe and in Japan for large blue chip organisations including Diageo & Heineken, building up a large repertoire of experience in marketing, innovation and sales.
Bill has a vast experience in delivering world class training with over 200 training sessions in many different markets. Bill’s style is to blend experience, theory and tactics to bring realism, energy & enjoyment into the learning environment.
Bill is an advocate of safe role playing, honing the experience, skills and tactics gained in the classroom and developing them into actual high performance behaviour.
Bill is passionate about meeting & getting to know people, simply by understanding their motivations, values & behaviours.
Bill excels at helping individuals make more sense of their world by helping them untangle the different threads in their lives, nurturing them through their chosen paths and propel them forward to become highly effective and authentic leaders.
